- - 2014 Wells Fargo Bank FINANCIAL CRIMES MANAGER Dear - - - - - - : Ref letter dated - - 2014 The main reason for Wells Fargo to deny the refund of my money rests completely with the perception that Wells Fargo was not timeously informed that the transfer was fraudulent. My timeous attempt to inform the bank of the fraud is undeniable. You have an independent source indicating the time, date and number of the call, made by me to the USA. That you are unable to substantiate this information, can not reasonably result in a steadfast measure to deny my rightful refund. Might is not right. Wells Fargo personnel failed to record the event. In regard to the Wire Transfer Document/waiver document allegedly sent to me requesting a PIN change and a " call back threshold option '' I have the following comments. The form was not posted to me and I have never received this form. I have never signed the document and I have never returned to you this document authenticating a PIN change or set up to complete a wire transfer. The signature appearing on this form is not mine. The signature you
2 months of my PIN and signature corruption, my money was fraudulently transferred out of my account. It would seem that the fraudster, likely to have been a bank employee, was planning his strategy at this time. I am frustrated that you have failed to acknowledge that the fraud has taken place and further, that you have failed to recognize that a cascade of security blunders already alluded to in my previous correspondence, has arisen in relation to the transactions. Communicating with your client who is authenticated through a series of security questions is almost failsafe against fraud. This did not happen. I have sent you my - - - Clearance Certificate certifying that I have never been indicted for fraud or crime. I request you to refund my money to me, whether the refund be for reasons of mitigation or by reason of ethic, of simply doing what is right. I request all my letters of correspondence be submitted to - - himself for his personal adjudication. Dear - - - - We write to ask you, as CEO/Chairman of Wells Fargo Bank to respond to the under mentioned questions in regard - - - 's savings account with Wells Fargo Bank.
