I am a customer of PNC Bank. I transferred $150.00 from checking account to my Credit Card on the - - 2016. I received a confirmation of a successful transfer which I still have, but the money has not been credited to my credit card nor has it been returned to my checking account. I contacted the - PNC Branch where a young lady named - helped me. - spoke with me today and stated no money had been transferred, and that technology is not 100 %. I am citizen that lives paycheck to paycheck, I monitor my money and I cant afford this.
