AES/PHEAA Student Loan Complaint

AES/PHEAA Student loan department,

Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't decrease my monthly payments Florida

I am $30000.00 in student loan debt because I am the last of - children who all went to college. My brothers had to take out student loans for their education and used my parents as co-signors. When my turn came, I was forced to use - loans. Apparently they will not budge about deferment for - - or even helping with repayments, such as lowering payments since I will have a $0.00 income for the next TWO years! They are not willing to work with me at all even though the early communications I had with " loan counselors '' assured me I would receive a deferment/forbearance. They are n't all on the same page and it is frustrating that I am now one month from departure and have no idea what to do. My monthly allowance from the - - will not cover each month 's payment.
