I called to verify the address to send my request for removal of a paid debt that is on my credit report. I spoke with - - at Financial Management Solutions, she stated that the address on the - credit file for company was not correct. I requested the correct address to send my request for removal. As I proceeded to tell her that I was sending correspondence to have this debt removed, she became very nasty, would not answer my questions, and kept asking for my number, I requested again an exact explanation of the process she refused and begin to say I was arguing with her about my " unpaid debt '' I stated I was not arguing and if she gave me a chance to speak or complete my sentence without her bullying. I was very upset and she continued to tell me and insult me. I asked for a supervisor and she stated that was her and that she said all she has to say. I I told her I have a right to verify the information, she continued to state that I keep talking and not giving her my phone number. I asked again for clarification of the process and she hung up on me. I called back a gentleman answered the phone, I was transferred to her again and she started to yell, I said that she is required to validate the information, and speak to me in a respectful manner. I said if she does not stop being abusive I will report her. She oh you are threatening me .... and hung up on me. I am very upset and I still do n't have the information on how to get this paid debt removed from my account. Please help me.
