Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Missouri

I financed a automobile, it broke down ( transmission went out ) was told by a repesentive of the fiance company that they would help me out, that was a lie. Then after it being broke down for 3 months I told the finance company to come pick up the car. Owed $4000.00 at that time, they sold it at auction for $2900.00 then I never received any bill or statement what was owed. I did a check on my credit, they reported the information wrong. They said I owed $5100.00 on a one month loan, I disputed their reporting because of errors and they now entered it as a new line of credit and still no bill of what 's owed. I feel they violated the fair credit reporting act. Any help would be appreciated.
