Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine North Carolina

Twin sisters name, social security number, addresses, collections, phone numbers all show on each of my credit reports. During theses times of collections I was not living in the area. I am currently serving in the - and proved my state of residents and identity to the credit bureau before and nothing was resolved. I am unable to receive my own credit reports due the false entries of someone else 's information on my record. I am not liable of these collections because they are not in my name or social security number. The collections just appear on my credit reports.
