Wells Fargo Student loan department,
Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Trouble with how payments are handled Georgia
I borrowed $8000.00 from my former Bank Wells-Fargo to complete - school in - -. I started making payments on the loan six months after graduation ( which was - - ) and even though I have been paying approximately $93.00 per month since then, the bank applies most of my payments to interests leaving me still owing more than $8000.00 as at today -, -. At this rate I feel the bank wants to keep me perpetually indebted to them. With a 9.4 % ( manipulated fixed term rate on the loan ), I feel I have been taken advantage of and I want to take the matter to court. I am not trying to get out of paying the loan, I just need to be treated fairly. Please direct me to a legal service in -, Ga that can help me.
