I received a late fee in - 2015, which was waived in - 2015. When I made my -/-/- payment, I paid the scheduled monthly payment, but did not include the late fee. Payment was made on time. Because I did not include the late fee, I incurred another late fee. When I made my - scheduled monthly payment, I did not include the late fees. Teh payment was made on time. Because I did not include the late fees for -/-/- and -/-/-, I incurred another late fee. Even though I made my schedule monthly payments on time, because I incurred a late charge once and did not pay it, I am subsequently incurring late fees every month. Is it legal to continue charging late fees month after month just because you did not pay the first late fee and you paid the scheduled monthly payments on time?
