I purchased a dress from - in late - and returned it in -. I reached out to the merchant and was inform on - that Pay Pal had taken the money from her and that I should have been credited. I filed a claim with my bank - - - - - who tried to get the funds from Pay Pal and was denied. The merchant all this time was under the impression that I had my money. I reached out to Pay Pal and told - ( case # with Pay Pal - ) that the merchant had their merchandise and to please refund me, Pay Pal refused. So neither the merchant or myself has the funds..
