Closing/Cancelling account Ohio
My - accounts with Barclaycard were closed on - -, 2015. I have been given next to no information on why, just vague statements like " due to terms and conditions '' or " bank policy ''. I have written a letter as instructed to request more information and received a very generic form-letter response with no additional information. I just spent over an hour on the phone with representatives and a supervisor and they were still unable to give me any indication as to why my account was closed. Since my account was closed, my - points were forfeited, and even though I had valid charges eligible to be redeemed at the time the account was closed, they refused to allow me to redeem against them.
