I am writing regarding this agencies illegal collection practices. UCB is practicing completely illegal collection practices. I have a voicemail that was left on a family members voicemail that stated, " if the person was not " my name '' to hang up if not continue to hold. There is a full recorded message that I have from a family member ; that 's completely illegal stating information regarding a collection debt.The message also proceeded to leave they are a debt collector collecting on a collection/delinquent account. I have never received anything or heard of this company. As a collection agency should n't information be verified prior to speaking to anyone or leaving a full voicemail regarding the call.
