Checking account Using a debit or ATM card New York
Money stolen from Citibank account 2 times in a 3 day period through unauthorized ATM withdrawals. Bank failed to cancel ATM card after - incident was reported. Bank has made me open at least - separate investigations claiming system problems, to deny having an open investigation for the fraud.
