Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Virginia

I applied for a loan with Cash Net USA last month when I desperately needed some cash to keep me and my family from being evicted from our home in -, VA. I was desperate at the time and admittedly I did n't read the " fine print '' in the loan documents. Cash Net needed my routing number and account number in order to deposit the money in my account. The loan was for $1000.00. But as it turns out, aside from using the information only to deposit the funds into my account, they also use the information to draft my account without setting up an autodraft with my lending institution.


As is the case with desperate people such as myself, my family 's welfare is more important to me than being shaken down by legal loansharking. I have the emails sent to me from Cash Net verifying the above information. They will draft over $200.00 from my account ( currently overdrawn ) for the first of 12 installment payments on - causing additional fees and charges. I am doing the best I can to get back on my feet, but am unable to right now as I am currently - at the VA hospital in -, VA. I am working through some combat-related, service-connected issues. While the additional stress is challenging my recovery, I realize that is not your problem. Is it legal to draft someone 's checking account without the account holder setting up their autodraft at their lending institution? How is charging 300 % legal anyway? How is this not considered to be predatory lending? As I stated earlier I can forward the information I received from Cash Net, but am unable to do so on this platform. Please advise me on what I may be able to do to resolve this situation. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration, - -
