We received a debt notice from a collection agency related to a - we had applied for but did not receive indicating that we owed $250.00 which should be mailed to them. We contacted - Rewards Card and they have no record of this and advised us to submit a complaint. The collection agency is listed as : - -, - - -, -, OK -, Phone -. I have not been able to reach them on the phone, and I will not contact them as I 'm certain this is a scam.
