I have a - mortgage with - or - and Ditech is the servicer of the loan. According to HAMP website, -, -, and Ditech website, if you have a - mortgage that was modified ( my - mortgage is with - and was modified in 2011 ), then your - mortgage will be modified. However, I called Ditech and they said that they do n't offered - modification only if my - and - mortgage is with them. They refuse to look in to the matter or my case. Therefore, I want to file a formal complaint against Ditech and - for not servicing my loan properly and by government compliance.
