I purchased a 2013 - - from Ohio - - under false and deceptive practices. My credit application was falsified to secure the loan, which Santander purchased from - - Bank immediately. I was never offered a carfax during the purchase and after purchasing - on my own, found out the vehicle was - of a fleet of rental cars. Under the federal " Lemon Law '', this information should of been disclosed. I have had nothing but problems with this " junk ''. I tried taking the vehicle back to the dealership only to be deceived several times. I even tried trading the vehicle only to find out that I owe way more on the vehicle than what it 's worth. I simply CAN NOT afford this vehicle.
