JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,

Balance transfer New Jersey

The complaint is about Chase Slate Visa credit card. Opened the card based on the Chase advertising for a 0 % Balance transfer for - billing cycles. I called the credit card customer service and requested a transfer to my personal checking account. I was told that the transfer not allowed to checking accounts despite no restrictions were listed in the customer agreement and the customer service supervisor could not point to anything in the Chase credit card disclosure that states that. I want other consumers be aware of a false advertisement.
