Credit Collection Service had placed this negative items on my credit reports without notifying me. Credit Collection Serivce violated the early-warning notice clause of FACTA section 623 ( A ) ( 7 ). This law requires all creditors and collectors to notify me by mail before placing negative items on my credit report.
