I opened a payday loan with Speedy Cash in - 2014 and was charged extremely high loan fees. I filed Chapter - bankruptcy in - 2014 and reported all of my debts to the attorney. This account is still open and this pay day loan company located in - Texas ( - - - ) refuses to acknowledge that I am in bankruptcy. I have filed a dispute with the credit reporting agencies but I have not received a satisfactory judgement.
