Credit monitoring or identity protection receiving unwanted marketing/advertising
Experian Credit reporting department,
Credit monitoring or identity protection Receiving unwanted marketing/advertising Kentucky
I am enclosing a letter I received today on an Experian letterhead I believe to be a fraud. I tried to contact the Experian credit reporting bureau through the first - # mention in the letter which is legitimate, but could not talk to a live person. I became suspicious and did not contact the second - # in the letter. I have a security freeze, a precautionary measure, an all of my credit reporting agency accounts and even I can not access them without my pin # 's. I believe this to be a fraud. How do I contact an Experian live person to check on this, or get assurances that no one has been able to access/change my account?
