On - - I authorized $100.00 debit from - - -. On - - I lost my debit card which I reported lost and CitiBank declined the debit I had authorized. That same day I called Citibank to explain that I had authorized the debit from - - -. Citi bank proceeded to debit my account but the funds where never transfer to - - -. I have place several calls where Citibank states that the claim is under investigations after 2 months and many calls I when to the financial institution located at - - - -, -, Fl -. I found out that there was not an investigation opened and there was never one opened to begin with. All this time the information they had provided me over the phone was misleading and false.
