I initiated several disputes on my chase card and after sending over very detailed explanations as to the cause for my dispute. Chase somehow turned this into to a quality of service issue and denied my claim. I do not believe Chase even read my complaint as it was not a quality concern it was an issue of the services not being provided. I did not receive what I paid for PERIOD. These - companies have scammed me out of a lot of money for doing nothing. Chase informed me that they reached out to the merchants and they did not honor my request. Of course they would n't honor my request they are getting away with murder and Chase is helping them.
