I bought a car at a buy here pay here location and they sold my contract to another Loans co Without myself permission I do not believe I have to pay a loan co that I did not borrow from so in turn I would like the derogatory loan removed from my credit and let out if the deal alltogeather or send me the title to the vehicle.
