On - - 2015, JP Morgan Bank deducted without authorization from my personal checking account $300.00 listed as an ACH payment to - -. I have never authorized any ACH payments from my account. I have never used the Debit card to make a debit purchase in the years I have had the account with Chase Bank. On - -, 2015, another $500.00 was deducted from my account without authorization as a new ACH payment. On - -, 2015, while depositing checks, I ran a statement of my last - transactions from the ATM and received a print out. I went into the branch and alerted the bank to the fraud. The fraud division at Chase did not answer the phone for 28 minutes even though the call was from the branch. After several calls on the morning of - - 2015, I received the information that anyone with my checking account number and routing number ( which is on the face of every check ) can withdraw money from a person 's checking account in any amount!
