I deposited a check from an inheritance in the amount of $380000.00 in my checking account at Wells Fargo on - -, 2015. The bank put a 10-day hold on it. According to the attorney that sent me the check, it cleared that night. Wells refuses to release the hold until - -, even though they already have the funds. They insist that they need to verify the funds.
