I had a car loan financed by CNAC from - 2015 to - 2015. I traded my car in for a brand new car. When I traded my car in the new dealer called CNAC and got a 20 day pay off. Not even - days later CNAC sent me emails telling me that I was in collections!! I reached out to them to advise them they will be receiving a check within - days from the new car dealer. The representative was rude and continued to tell me that I was liable to pay. I then advised her that I will not make any more payments because they will be getting a check for the balance in full within - days. I also advised her she was not to contact me at all. They failed to follow my request because they continued to call me when I a advised them not to.
