Wells Fargo is not treating me fairly or as a customer. They are withholding information because they want to as a result of fore-cable collection actions and causing other accounts to become delinquent. It has been 42 days since I have requested information and no proper action has been taken by Wells Fargo. Instead of treating me fairly like a normal customer they are sending me blanket legal responses that do not resolve any issues or provide me with information I need to move forward. I have made my requests much shorter and simpler. On - - I made a request of who I could get in touch with regarding funds and I was told I would get a response by - -, 2016.
