In -, persons unknown to me used my personal information to get store credit cards and charge merchandise. I have been trying since then to get Macy 's Fraud Investigation department to complete the investigation. ( The six month delay in clearing my name is a separate issue ). In the meanwhile, they sold the debt to Citibank collections - - ) which robo-calls my cell phone at least five times a day. I have told the Fraud Department multiple times and they promise to stop the calls, but they continue. I have complained to the bill collectors and they say that they have n't been told to stop calling me by Macy 's.
