It 's been an ongoing issue with Carter-Young, the employees are very rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. The owner - -, has refused to send me requested documentations to settle an - - - debt. I 've requested to have this debt removed off of my credit report, because the owner refused to send me a letter stating that he would have it removed off of my credit after paying. I 've disputed this debt and they are not removing it. This debt is now - - - and past the date to have it removed off of my credit and they are still refusing to have it removed, which is breaking collection codes, and it 's causing me stress, and hurting my credit score. I am in the process of hiring an attorney to handle this if I ca n't get it resolved.
