JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
I was working to pay off a Chase credit card. When I finally got the balanced payed down to -, I received another bill for additional money that I apparently owed as well. I called up the Chase customer service line, paid that additional money off and was assured that was the last bill I would have to pay them and that my account was officially at - balance and closed. - months later, I received another bill for more interest that I apparently build up from a zero balance that I then owed again. I do not understand how I can be told I owe nothing more to a bank, only to get another bill from them with more money owed.
