Citibank Debt collection department,

Citibank continuously harasses me ( - calls per day ) whenever my minimum payment is 2 weeks late until it is paid. This is completely unreasonable. I will be filing a written request with them to stop the calls as I use my phone for work and it is interfering with my ability to pay them. There is absolutely no constructive reason for these calls.
