JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
Chase contacted me to apply for a credit card and promised that if I spent $3000.00 within 3 months that I would receive - - miles as a bonus. Several months after I had fulfilled that spending requirement, they sent me a postcard that said I did not qualify for the promotion and would n't receive the promised points.
