JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement California
Chase - is reporting on my credit file. This account is not mine. I was a victim of Identity Theft. I have provided an Identity Theft Complaint and Affidavit and Police Report to Chase Bank and still have not gotten this account resolved and deleted off my credit file. I have also disputed this with the bureaus and Chase is saying that this account is valid which is incorrect.
