TD Bank Credit card department,
I am a victim of identity theft. I have been disputing a Target account that does not belong to me.Account # -. This account is in dispute with all - credit bureaus as well as Target, and several government agencies. Target then, knowing the account was in dispute, CHECKED MY CREDIT. They had no authorization to do this.
