USAA Savings Credit card department,
I signed up for a credit card with usaa. They offered me a secured account of -. On - - - I deposited - and they said after 2 yrs, I would go from secured card to a secured platinum master card account. On - -, - I made a - purchase and on - - they withdrew - annual fee. On - - - I paid - securing my balance back to -. Between - - to -, I questioned a few times why I had problems using my card, and no reflection of my - deposit. Each time I was told my payments were not due until - -, and the - was posting on the - -, -. On the - - and -, I made purchases totaling - and expecting to pay them in - -. On -, I looked at my account and FULL PAYMENT was due in 2 DAYS and they changed my account to the platinum master card, only I had to USE it like a DEBIT CARD, which I already have. This not what I signed up for and asked to return or prorate my - which they refused. I closed the account, and would like my - thank you
