Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt resulted from identity theft North Carolina

I spoke to the company themselves and told them that it was not me. That someone else used my social and birthdate for their appointment. They said they messed up. It was removed from collections but it is still on my credit report. I have asked for it to be officially remove completely.
