This debt is related to an - admission that occurred in 2010 at - -, -. I do not remember the exact circumstances, but has an idea which i remember, and the facts my wife has explained to me. I was discharged - following the morning admission, despite the protest from my wife, who is an - She protested the discharge as I still had -. Despite her protest, I was discharged. I then had - which occured following a -. In the evening, I was returned - and again I was admitted -. As far as I know, it was a weekend and from the -, I was in the hall way as there was no room, or so. I was in - until I was readmitted. The same admission had - - visits - in the morning and the next - in the evening. On the initial admission, I was discharged before -, and only to return to the hospital by evening. The second admission resulted in the hospital stay, but for the same problem. As per my insurance coverage, - is completely covered, but as the same admission had - -, Insurance paid only a portion. I initially had a bill from - for the amount the collection Agency is billing. To that bill, I send by complaint, and I did not had any further bills or notices from the -. And after an - of three or four years, I had a notice from the collection agency. Though I informed the collection agency by phone and in writing, I again has notices and calls. Hence, I request CFPB to look into this.
