To whom it may concern : Allied Interstate is attempting to collect a debt that was included in the bankruptcy which was discharged -/-/2015. This is the second time that a collection company is attempting to collect this debt for -. About a month ago, I filed a complaint against Allied in - -, Nevada who even reported me to the credit bureau causing my score to plummet - points. Because of the CFPB, Allied removed it from my credit report, however, the score never fully recovered. This is harassment that I am getting 'bounced around ' from - collection agency to the next. Attached is the letter they sent me. I spoke with - and - yesterday regarding the bankruptcy. I hope this is the final letter.
