My client entered into a repayment agreement with - - - - ( hereinafter referenced as " - '' ) on behalf of Navient in regards to private student loan which were in default. My client understood entering into the agreement would cure his default. My client has performed under the aforementioned agreement since -, 2014. However, in more then one and half years, Navient and/or - have refused to cure the negative reporting entries on my client 's official credit reports. This slanderous behavior is now damaging my client insomuch as he is attempting to purchase a home, has a good credit score, but it being denied a loan because of Navient and/or - misleading credit report.
