I do not know Communication tactics Frequent or repeated calls Pennsylvania
There is a company called IC Systems that keeps calling me on my cell phone everyday like 8 times a day. but if you answer it they just hang up. I googled their # and other people say its a Debt Collector. I have not received any mail from this company.
