PayPal Credit Card Complaint

Ebay listing RE : - clearly showed Paypal credit as a payment option. When I went to checkout the option was not there. I pressed the Paypal button and no Paypal Credit option. I pressed Paypal and was not transmitted to my Paypal account to select Paypal credit. Instead my bank account was illegally accessed and $150.00 withdrawn by Paypal. This has happened before with Ebay where there was a glitch in their system. I contacted Paypal credit and was not able to resolve this with them. They insisted that the seller did not offer Paypal credit despite the fact that their listing clearly shows Paypal Credit. I notified them that I would be registering an attorney general complaint. If still not resolved we will seek legal counsel.
