On -/-/2015 my parents whom live in - were contacted by a representative from Zenco. They claimed that i owed money on a debt that i never had and disclosed my whole social security number to my parents. They also said that they will be taking me to court in - - because of this. So i called this number ( - ) and left a message stating not to call my parent phone again and not to call me regarding this alleged debt without sending me the following in the mail. The amount of the debt, the name of the creditor to whom the debt is owed, Proof that you are licensed to collect debts in -, Proof of the last payment made on the account. I received a phone call on -/-/2015 at approximately - Eastern Standard time and a gentleman claiming to be from there legal department stated that he could call my parents and whom ever else he wants even if he is told not to. He then said that " fraud '' charges would be filed in - - against me. When i asked him to send me proof of this alleged debt he refused to do so. I asked again and he still refused and said he does n't have to. I got got angry and used profane language and he said something i regards of my mother and that they would be taking my tax return.I then called back at - EST and left a message stating that no more communication between them and anybody else is prohibited and that i will be making a complaint with the FTC.
