On - -, 2015, I refinanced my house in order to get the mortgage in my name and out of my deceased father 's name. My mortgage was with Nationstar Mortgage LLC at the time I refinanced with another mortgage company. At closing, I was told that I would probably receive a refund. I received a refund this week but can not cash the check ( $140.00 ) because it was issued to the ESTATE -. I have called Nationstar yesterday and today to inform them that my father 's estate did not pay off this loan, I did and my name should be on the check. So far I have not resolved this matter and am very upset with the way I have been treated my Nationstar Mortgage LLC. I have demanded that they reissue the check in my name.
