Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay California
I have submitted a cease and desist letter to Synchrony Bank by certified mail and received a signed receipt back dated - -, 2015. I have - accounts with them and the letter included all accounts. Synchrony continues to call me several times a day to demand payment. I have blocked the number but the phone still rings to alert me to the call.
