After foreclosing on the property in - - Chase rescinded the foreclosure in - -. I then began the process of qualifying for a loan modification, I entered into a agreement with Chase in - - with payments of $4100.00 per month until -/-/-, the agreement further called for a principal reduction of $440000.00 if my mortgage payments were made on time and I was not in default. My payments are current and I am paid through -/-/- -, more than one year since the agreement. Chase has not kept their part of the agreement by reducing the principal balance as they have stated in writing.
