A process server has come onto my property which is marked with multiple " no tresspassing '' signs. She claims that she was given permission to do so, she was not. She claims that the paperwork she needs to serve is in sealed envelopes so she does n't know who it 's from. She claims to work for Rocky Mountain Recovery and - - - who claim to be attorney 's in Wyoming but no one has ever seen in a court of law. I have told her I will not allow her on the property with this vague information and she claims the order is signed by a judge which gives her that right ( how can she tell if it 's in a sealed envelope ). I told her if she tresspasses again I 'll have her arrested and seize her vehicle. I 'm also in the process of filing a restraining order against both of these companies as well as this person. She has harassed my son who is staying with me while he recovers from a - -.
