Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay California

I was frauded by a man named - - who went to the -. He was supposedly robbed and his daughter had a - -. I paid for the surgery for her. Then I had to take out - loans because he passed a false check that cost me around $2000.00. So I consolidated my loans with a good company named -. One company " Loan Me '' hassled me about payments even though they knew I was consolidating the loans. They called me at - in the morning and left me several messages about - times last Sunday. They threatened me with the Credit Bureau and laughed at me on the phone. They also said that I could n't get anywhere because I would have a negative on my Credit. As a senior citizen I was forced to pay $300.00 with the late charges added to the $290.00 and called me a -. This company needs to be reprimanded for their practices.
