Collection agency reported to - that I owe $550.00 to - - for an outstanding gas bill which I have a grant for the amount of $600.00 for. I disputed the claim and sent them a copy of the grant. I have not been contacted by them since. I have also called, faxed, and mailed the grant information to - - via USPS Priority with signature and when ever I call they say they have no record of receiving any information for me. I have not lived in the state for almost two years.
