JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
I applied for Chase Saphire Card ( via online on - - 2015 ) for which my wife and myself ( both of us got the invite separately ) got the invite by mail. But i was told that they are reviewing it ... now i come to know that they have declined my credit card application. It never happened to me and i am having a credit score of - with credit card utilization of less than - %. The reason that is provided to me " Too many credit cards opened in the last 2 years '' does n't sound to be convincing at all. When i went to credit bureau website ... i do n't find anything which can substantiate the reason from Chase. what 's going on? Moreover this credit card application had made a hard inquiry on my credit report also which will continue for years. Not at all fair or reasonable. After some time ... i applied - - Credit card - which is very much similar to this one and they approved my card ( it was applied after chase saphire credit card ... so they should not count this one ).
