I continue to receive collection calls from Chase ; even though account is current : Pay due on account - of month ; after - of month acct is past due ; I received at least - collection calls between - ; when I questioned caller ( s ) why I was receiving collection calls ( each time caller advised this is attempt to collect a debt ) I was advised they were courtesy call : I advised I felt that I was being harassed ; and further that I was going to call the " Consumer Protection Agency '' to ask if it was legal for them to continue to call me about account which was in " current status '' : I was previously assigned an account assistant by Chase ; - - - - however, she never contact me ; msg left by me to her were never answered : My Mother is now deceased her income ( $2000.00 per month ) was considered in terms of mortgage ; my retirement income is $2300.00 per month : Chase mortgage payment is now approx. $950.00 per month : The acct is now current ; please do not continue the harassment : Thank you : Signed :
